Are Generation 1 products still available for purchase?
Generation 1 products are no longer in production, but limited quantities may still be available through select authorized retailers while supplies last. Once remaining retail inventory is sold out, these models will be permanently discontinued.
Can I still receive warranty support for my Generation 1 product?
Yes. All Generation 1 products include our standard 2-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase.
If your unit is within this warranty window, our team will fully support you. If you are outside the warranty period or have questions about coverage, our customer support team is always available to assist.
Orders & Support
When will I get my order?
Once an order is placed, it will be processed within 1–3 business days at one of our US or Canadian facilities. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.

How do I register my product or warranty?
No registration is required to maintain your warranty, but we recommend keeping your proof of purchase in a safe place, as it is necessary for a warranty claim.
Want to extend your warranty for an additional 12 months? Register your product within the first 60 days of purchase to qualify for the extension. US and Canada only.
